Lucy graduated from Southampton University in 1990 with a BA (Hons) in Combined Studies (English and French) and gained a Postgraduate Diploma in Librarianship from University Of Wales, Aberystwyth in 1991. She has worked at Rochester as Academic Liaison librarian since then, allocated to all FE programmes, BA Goldsmithing, Silversmithing and Jewellery Design, BA Applied Arts and Graduate Certificate courses. During this time she has designed, developed, delivered, and evaluated induction programmes and research skills sessions for students at all levels. Within the MAKE Research Cluster Lucy assists in resourcing and collating information related to specific research projects.
